Pussies pickin’ fights.
March 5th, 2006“Fight’s not with you, Holliday.”
“I beg to differ, sir. We started a fight we never got to finish. Play for blood. Remember?”
“I was just foolin’ about.”
“I wasn’t. Say when.”
Take from that what you will. I’m just foolin’ about. But, I’m pretty quick on the draw, too. Say when.
I loved Tombstone. Val Kilmer was perfect as Doc Holliday.
“Well, I didn’t think you had it in you.”
“I’m here huckleberry…Why, Johnny Ringo, you look like someone just walked over your grave.”
Best movie ever. If only you could convey online that smug tone that Johnny Ringo had when he said, “Well. I didn’t think you had it in ya.”
Kurt Russell, Michael Biehn and Powers Boothe all got slighted. Great performances, all. But how can you compete with Val’s portrayal of Doc? Was it the character or the actor that made it so great?
I think in the case of this movie, the character made the actor, and likewise the actor made the character! I do agree, a great movie! my cboy hats off to the western heroes!
